We developed a website for RADIO PRISCHEPKIN, a popular Ukrainian radio station. RADIO PRISCHEPKIN is more than radio, the company is an active player in the industry, implements creative projects, actively covers the events of the music industry, provides artist booking services and much more.
Logically, the radio should play on the radio station’s website. When developing this web portal, we paid special attention to this issue. The site broadcasts an ethereal stream, and in addition, the user sees the names of songs and artists who are playing right now. A technological feature of the broadcast stream on the station’s portal is that when the pages are overloaded, the signal is not cut off, but continues to sound incessantly.
The web portal has a powerful functionality of a media resource, which allows to conduct a news feed and thematic columns, rubrics, and podcasts. The user can subscribe to news and receive notifications when new publications appear. It is easy to navigate the web portal thanks to the convenient navigation, search and system of internal tags.
One of the cool features of RADIO PRISCHEPKIN is the monthly rating of TOP-40 Ukrainian artists. For this purpose, a special section of the web portal has been designed, where these ratings are published every month. Here you can not only find out which of the performers are in which places, but also immediately watch the clips of the participants. Ratings of previous months are added to the archive available to portal visitors.
The company is also professionally engaged in artist booking, so the portal has a Booking section with its own unique functionality. More than 200 Ukrainian artists are listed alphabetically and have their own pages where you can learn more about them. You can easily move to the desired letter by clicking on it at the beginning of the section. As in an online store, you can add the desired artists to the conditional basket, specify the dates and description of your event, and send a request to the manager. The Booking section also includes the “I’m lucky” fan element, where, like a classic slot machine, you can randomly choose three artists for your event.
In general, the development of this portal provides a lot of useful functionality for the generation and delivery of entertainment, media and commercial content. For example, the portal of the radio station has a Merch section, where you can order things with corporate symbols. The pages have space for custom banners and ads from media systems.
For this web project, a bunch of cool visual solutions have been developed and implemented, which encourage you to turn pages and explore content. You constantly come across something interesting and want to explore everything. In order to manage a lot of information, we have thought out and created a flexible admin panel that allows to create and edit absolutely everything in a convenient and intuitive way.
