The event agency Prischepkin Event-Team asked us to develop a modern and powerful website that would be convenient and at the same time technologically advanced. The main feature of the site is the event constructor — a calculator that allows you to calculate the cost of ordering a particular service, depending on the number of guests.
We realized the client’s desire with great pleasure and developed the website that has no analogues among competitors in the field of events. Now users can calculate the cost of ordering an event and select the necessary components by themselves. Such a decision should significantly affect the conversion, because now only those users who already agree with the price of services will fill out the brief.
The site structure is quite branched. The site has the portfolio with successful agency cases, the blog, pages for each of the 8 services, the separate page for the agency’s founder and well-known presenter Yegor Prischepkin, separate pages for the agency’s special projects — applications for events and a guide to Kiev murals.
The user journey is thought out in such a way that, once on the site, he could find out all the information which is necessary to make a decision, make sure that he made the right choice and order an event. For the convenience of users, the site has a sitemap that allows you to navigate and get to the right place quickly.
The website is deployed on Laravel (framework, developed in PHP), has 3 language versions, bright modern design, smooth and attractive animation. Many different forms help collect information about potential customers for converting them into customers.
