A vigorous promotional event was conducted for authorized dealer of SKODA, company “Evropa Avto”.
Under the annual “Open Day SKODA” an open air event in Kyiv was organized with the possibility to test drive all the SKODA . The unfinished section of the Kyiv Ring Road served as a great event location. Before the event a total cleaning of the area was made.
The open air event in Kyiv was organized as a recurring time blocks, and the guests were invited at different hours. Organization of a test-drive in the format of competition (time trial races) brought vibrancy and excitement to the event. After car testing the participants had a possibility to take part in fun competitions, have a bite, and provide support to the charity project “Warm of Hearts” at will.
Promotional activity included calling to the customer support SKODA 24 using the loudspeaker made a positive impact on the total campaign. The participants tried to put the operators of SKODA in confusion. Questions and concerns of the guests were different and crafty, but the operators of the customer support of SKODA were on their best.
SKODA open air event in Kyiv was a newsmaker for the mass media and promoted branding of the “Evropa Avto” as an open and successful dealer of SKODA.
